I found this white coat at a thrift store in Marion, MA with a Peter Pan collar and other serious lapses in style judgement. Originally made in New Bedford in the 1960's, a change in details and lining brough it up to speed for the new millenium.
Outer coat in 100% polyester. New collar and cuffs created, and lining replaced with 100% cotton print
In Crowd by
Alexander Henry Fabrics, and new acetate lining for sleeves. Underdress a cotton/nylon blend knit, made to coordinate with coat.
One of a kind, this set now belongs to Sam P.
